The Missouri General Assembly adjourned Friday. Fortunately the legislature did not pass "right-to-work," gut prevailing wage or put a sales tax-for-income tax swap on the ballot. Unfortunately the legislature was unable to agree on improvements in the state's economic development tools. A special session on this topic is possible.
