The Missouri Department of Labor will host Building Blocks for Public Works, a free seminar on compliance requirements for public projects, from noon-5 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 11 at Rockhurst University, Mabee Theater. Cosponsors include the City of Kansas City, Mo., Jackson County, the Labor Management Council and the Rockhurst University Helzberg School of Management.
