The Builders' Association has announced that James Carson, vice president of Carson-Mitchell Inc., as Chairman of the Board for 2012. Carson-Mitchell, Inc. is a general contractor based in Springfield. The Builders' board of directors includes three members who also serve on the LMC board--Rosana Privitera Biondo, Mike Kotubey and Scott Hoisington.
