Sean Delgado, Painters District Council 3, left, won the drawing for tickets to the Kansas City Ballet at the 2023 Labor-Management Council Public Officials Reception co-hosted by BOMA KC Oct. 12 at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. The Ballet performed a. dress rehearsal that took place right after the reception and several reception participants attended.
