Gene Bralley, right, is honored for his long service to the conference planning committee at the 2017 Mid-America Labor/Management Conference July 9-12 at Camden on the Lake. Bralley recently retired from Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service and had been business manager for an Operating Engineers local in Kansas City. Presenting the award is Bobby Thompson, FMCS commissioner.
