Hayley Grayless, Vaxa Collective, leads the second session of the 2023-24 Mid-Level Leadership Program at Rockhurst University Oct. 4. She explained the importance of tools to understand your own behavior patterns and those of others, including the Myers-Briggs test. Each participant took an abbreviated Myers-Briggs and the results were used in group activities.
