Mr. O’Connor is Vice President of Construction of OnGoal, LLC, owner of the Kansas City Wizards professional soccer team. The company’s projects include construction of a stadium for the Wizards in Wyandotte County and development of 500 acres at the old Bannister Mall site. He has an M.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.

Don Greenwell, LMC Treasurer, is President of The Builders’ Association, which serves the commercial construction industry. The Association represents more than 1,000 general contractor, subcontractor and supplier members employing over 30,000 people. It has offices and plan rooms in Kansas City, Jefferson City, Columbia, and Springfield, as well as its Education and Training Center in North Kansas City. The Builders’ Association was established in 1887.
