It's time for Xmas in the City, the effort to provide bikes for needy kids in Kansas City, Kansas area. New or used bikes can be dropped off at UAW Local 31, 500 Kindelbarger Road, KCK, or Roofers Local 20, 6321 Blue Ridge Blvd., Raytown. On Dec. 3 from 8 a.m.-noon volunteers will repair and prepare bikes that have been donated at Local 31.
