At last year's Mid-America Labor/Management Conference, speaker Marty Malloy noted a book he was co-authoring on the history of labor-management relationships between Ford and the UAW. Marty, retired head of labor relations at Ford, and labor professor Joel Cutcher-Gershenfeld discussed the book at the recent national Labor and Employment Relations Association meeting.
