Marty Mulloy, retired Ford Motor Co. vice president of global labor affairs and a speaker at last year's Mid-America Labor/Management Conference, has published "Inside the Ford-UAW Transformation" with professor Joel Cutcher-Greenfield and Dan Brooks. The book details how the firm and union worked together to turn from near-bankruptcy to success. It's published by The MIT Press.
