The LMC remembers those who died Sept. 11, 2001 and those who suffered illness and death from the cleanup after the attack. We particularly remember Julie Geis, who won the women's longest drive at the LMC's first golf tournament just four years before.

Tomorrow the Construction Industry Committee meets at 8 a.m., Mark One Electric Co., Inc. We look forward to hearing about the planned City of Independence bond issue for next spring.
